Custom Regulations:

  • A shipment cannot be sent if all documents are not in order and the customer actually and physically already located in spain.
  • Used household goods will usually be free if they have been owned for a minimum of six months and will not be sold for at least a year.


    • Documents Required:

    • Residence Rental/purchase agreement.
    • Inventory with detailed contents of each carton.
    • Inventory in Spanish.
    • Power of attorney to Hermes’ destination agent.
    • Purchase invoice for any new appliances

    • Alcohol
    • Firearms/Explosives/Ammunitions
    • Pornographic Material
    • Combat Knives
    • Perfumes
